<p>The parathyroids are a set of four glands situated in the neck that synthesizes and secretes parathyroid hormone (PTH) to help control calcium used by the body. Normally, unusually large quantities of PTH secreted due to increased activities of these glands causes hyperthyroidism. When this occurs on account of lower blood calcium levels (<a rel="nofollow" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Secondary_hyperparathyroidism" target="_blank">hypocalcemia</a>) the excessive secretion of PTH from the parathyroid gland occurs in the human body thus leading to a medical complication known as secondary hyperparathyroidism. This is a characteristic ailment in patients who undergo renal failure.</p>

<h3>Causes of Secondary Hyperparathyroidism :</h3>
<p>This condition has varied causes. The blood calcium is maintained by the PTH by means of regulating the bone turnover, absorption of calcium from the gut and release of calcium in the urine. Secondary hyperparathyroidism is mainly caused low levels of blood calcium and an imbalance in the phosphate levels. The causes of such imbalances are brought about other disorders of the body like deficiency of Vitamin D, Rickets (osteomalacia), improper absorption of Vitamin D and abnormal Vitamin D absorption induced by drugs. The more prone people to Vitamin D deficiency include malnutritioned children and elderly people with little sun exposure. Also calcium deficiency in the diet or too much loss of calcium in the urine may also be major reasons for this disorder.<span id="more-100"></span></p>
<p>Conditions that lead to abnormal breakdown of phosphate are malnutrition, malabsorption, aluminium toxicity, kidney disease, and certain types of cancer. Another major cause of this disease being chronic renal failure takes place as a result of insufficient amount of phosphates cleared from the body, release of phosphate from the bone, lower absorption of calcium in the gut and reduction in calcium levels in the blood.</p>
<h3>Signs &amp; Symptoms of Secondary Hyperparathyroidism:</h3>
<p>Following are the <strong>signs and symptoms</strong> associated with secondary hyperparathyroidism:</p>

<li>Poor growth</li>

<p>Chronic kidney failure leads to nullified conversion of vitamin D to its active form. They do not even adequately excrete phosphorus. As a result, insoluble calcium phosphate is produced in the body and calcium is removed from the blood. Both process leads to hypocalcemia thus resulting in secondary hyperparathyroidism. If the underlying cause of hypocalcemia can be detected, the secondary hyperparathyroidism would be resolved. Treatment for this disease involves dietary restriction of phosphorus, addition of supplements with an active form of vitamin D such as calcitrol, Hectorol, Zemplar and so on and other phosphate binders that can be categorized into calcium-based and non calcium-based.</p>
<h3>Secondary Hyperparathyroidism Treatment :</h3>
<p>A newer class of medication known as calcimimetics is made commercially available under the name of Sensipar for the treatment of this disease. These drugs have shown positive effects on the treatment of secondary hyperparathyroidism. The only drawback with this medicinal supplement is that it has not been approved against chronic kidney failure and may cause an increase in the phosphorus levels. In most cases of treatment of this disease, renal transplantation proves to be effective but patients might still continue to suffer from residual or tertiary hyperparathyroidism as a consequence along with an associated risk of bone loss.</p>
<p><strong>Care</strong></p>
<p>Hyperparathyroidism Closely related to Calcium and Vitamin D level. The Mayo Clinic suggests that you ensure that your calcium intake is between 1,000 to 1,200 milligrams a day and your intake of vitamin D is about 400 to 600 international units a day for bone support and immunity.</p>

<p><strong>Ingredients  and Process of Making Homemade Salsa </strong></p>
<p><strong>Tomatoes</strong></p>

<p>You must  add citric acid to canned salsas because the natural acidity may not be high  enough to preserve it for long. For home canning vinegar and lemon juice are  good enough. Use only vinegar that is at least 5% acid. <em>Do not substitute vinegar for lemon juice</em>as itwill result in a less acidic sauce and potentially unsafe salsa.</p>

Although ice cream is typically American the US and Europe  are still at war about its origins. But there is no such doubts regarding the <a href="http://www.howtomakeicecreamvideo.com/how-to-make-deep-fried-ice-cream">Fried  ice cream</a>, which had its roots in Mexico and now is an Americanized  Mexican desert. You might not find Fried ice cream recipe in Mexican cookbooks,  meaning it is not a traditional Mexican recipe.</p>

<h2>Directions</h2>
<p>Make 4 large balls of ice cream with an ice cream scoop. Place on a  waxed paper and cover with plastic wrap. Freeze for at least 2 hours.</p>
<p>Combine the cornflake crumbs with the coconut, walnuts or cookie crumbs  (or any other preferred combination). Spread the mixture in a shallow dish, dip  the ice cream balls in the crumb mixture and freeze for 30 minutes.</p>
<p>In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar. Dip the coated ice cream balls into  the eggs, then roll in the crumb mixture, coating completely. Freeze for 1 hour.</p>
<p>For a thicker crust, repeat process again.</p>
<p>Heat the oil in a large pot or fryer to 400 degrees F. One at a time,  lower the balls into the oil and fry until golden brown. Remove from the oil  and place in a dessert bowl. Drizzle with chocolate sauce and whipped cream, as  desired. Repeat with the remaining ice cream.</p>
<p>Once your deep fried ice cream is served and you can finally bite into  your fried ice cream you&#8217;ll discover it tastes hot with a crisp crust,  contrasted nicely with the cold, creamy ice cream core.  Making a thicker  crust by wrapping the ice cream with sponge cake before coating it with batter  would probably work better.</p>

<li>Sprinkle half  of the cinnamon mixture over both sides of the fried tortillas, coating evenly.  (Not all of the sugar mixture will stick to the tortillas.)</li>
<li>Combine the  other half of the cinnamon mixture with the corn flake crumbs in another small  bowl.</li>
<li>Pour the corn  flake mixture into a wide shallow bowl or plate.</li>
<li>Place the  vanilla ice cream scoop on the center of the cinnamon/sugar-coated fried tortilla.</li>
<li>Spray whipped  cream around the base of the ice cream.</li>
<li>Spray an  additional pile of whipped cream on top of the ice cream.</li>
<li>Put  a cherry in the top pile of whipped cream.</li>

The  Italians typically have their own standards when it comes to bread-making. The  basic recipe for a standard family-size whole bread consists of an unsweetened,  yeast-leavened thick oblong loaf with tapering ends made up of salt, flour,  water and yeast. It gained quick popularity around the world during the 18th  century.</p>

<p>Following is a recipe for homemade crusty Italian bread:</p>
<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong></p>
<p>2 ½ teaspoons of active dry yeast</p>
<p>1 ¼ cups of warm water</p>
<p>3 cups all purpose flour</p>
<p>2 teaspoons sugar</p>
<p>1 teaspoon salt</p>
<p>1 tablespoon olive oil</p>

<p><strong>Method:</strong></p>
<ul type="disc">
<li>Take a quarter cup of warm       water in a bowl. Check the temperature of the water. It should not be too       cold that it fails to activate the yeast or too hot such that it kills the       yeast.</li>
<li>Dissolve the yeast in the       warm water.</li>
<li>Wait for bubbles to appear       in the water and for the yeast to settle in the water. When the bubbles       appear pour the rest of the warm water into the bowl.</li>
<li>Transfer this mixture into       a mixing bowl and add the flour, sugar and salt into it.</li>
<li>Stir well until all the       ingredients blend evenly.</li>
<li>Before you add oil to the       mixture make sure that the flour is well mixed in the water to form a soft       dough.</li>
<li>Now add the oil and shift       it to a nice clean wooden surface to knead.</li>
<li>Stretch the dough away       from you and fold it back. Repeat this process a few times.</li>
<li>Beat the dough on the       surface a few times as well. This will encourage more gluten formation       that would give you lighter and airier bread.</li>
<li>Keep kneading the dough       until it attains a smooth and silky texture. Work on it with both your       hands for good results.</li>
<li>Once the dough is kneaded       well, place it in a bowl containing oil. Coat it all over with the oil.</li>
<li>Tightly wrap the dough       with a plastic wrap and allow it to rise.</li>
<li>Keep the wrapped dough       aside in a warm place for about 2 hours until it expands to double its       size.</li>
<li>Preheat the oven to 425       degrees Celsius. Either use a pizza stone or a baking sheet placed upside       down on the bottom rack, depending on the availability of the two.</li>
<li>Unwrap the dough and place       it on a floured surface and punch the dough to remove most of the air out.</li>
<li>Roll out the dough into a       loaf and cut them into pieces of desired size. Ideally the length could be       anywhere around 6-9 inches.</li>
<li>You can cover the dough       with cornmeal which is an option to avoid the dough sticking to the plastic       wrapped on the baking tray. Once wrapped allow the dough to rise again for       another 40 minutes.</li>
<li>Unwrap the plastic and       make incisions on the dough with lengths of your choice.</li>
<li>Introduce the unbaked       bread into the oven with a considerable space between each loaf so that       they have room to rise while baking.</li>
<li>Bake for 10 minutes at 425       degrees then turn down the temperature to 400 degrees and bake for 25-30       minutes.</li>
<li>To ensure you get a crusty       bread place a pan of water at the bottom of the oven. The steam will keep       a skin from forming on the surface of the bread, giving the bread more       time to rise. This in turn makes the crust crispier.</li>
</ul>

This condition is more related to modern life and diet than traditional dieses.<br />
There is no Cure available for Irritable Bowel Syndrome. All you have to change your life style, diet habits and take some medicines to moderate the condition. Stress can worsen this condition even while patient on pills. There are also not medical tests or abnormal appearance of intestine available in this syndrome, only couple of symptoms can lead doctor to diagnose with IBS. Main concept of salad should be eating raw food. Heat can destroy much nutrition from food. In some food heat can be benefiting by exposing availability of nutrition and improving digestion. <p><strong>Benefits: </strong>Fruits are major source of vitamins and minerals. Combining various fruit can provide benefit of all vitamins. It is easy to digest and can serve as appetizer. It can be also used as desert in low fat option.</p>
<h2>Green vegetable salad</h2>

<li style="text-align: left">1 cup Chopped celery</li>
<li style="text-align: left">2 cup White vinegar</li>
<li style="text-align: left">2/3 cup chopped leeks</li>
<li style="text-align: left">1 cup Chopped Tomato</li>
<li style="text-align: left">1 cup Chopped carrot</li>
<li style="text-align: left">1 cup Chopped cabbage</li>
</ul>
<p>Any other fresh chopped vegetables can be added in it.</p>
<p>Mix all chopped vegetables in one bowl. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and let it mix with it. Salt and pepper can be added as per taste. Soy sauce can create different taste in this salad. Virgin olive oil can be also added in it.</p>
<p><strong>Benefits: </strong> Green vegetables are essential for minerals, vitamins and fibers in your digestive system. It helps you to clear your constipation. Soy sauce and some vegetables are good source of antioxidants. Vinegar can helpful in cholesterol and blood sugar. This salad can improve your immunity and body function. Green vegetable salad can fill your stomach in low calorie. It should be first choice in weight loss diet.</p>
<h2>Russian Veg. Salad</h2>
<ul>
<li>2 cup beet cut in fine dice</li>
<li>2 cup diced potato</li>
<li>2 cup diced carrot</li>
<li>1 cup diced boiled egg and cucumber</li>
<li>1 cup diced truffles or aspic</li>
<li>½ cup diced onion</li>
<li>½ cup of red vinegar</li>
<li>½ cup of sugar</li>
<li>Salt, pepper and vegetable oil</li>
</ul>
<p>Cheese or yogurt and cream</p>
<p>Allow all vegetable to cook little as it becomes soft. Beet should be cooked separately because of it’s color. Whisk vinegar, oil, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper together. If you are using yogurt, whisk it with milk cream or cheese and add salt, peeper according to taste. Add mix vegetables with the prepared thick paste and add Spread mayonnaise over it. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.</p>
<h2>Sprout salad</h2>
<ul>
<li>1 lb Bean sprouts or Grain Sprouts</li>
<li>½ cup soy sauce</li>
<li>1 spoon sugar</li>
<li>Sesame oil, salt, pepper according to taste</li>
</ul>
<p>Just mix all ingredients to large bowl. Add salt pepper according to taste. You can also use any other oil if you like. Vinegar can be also added in it. It can be served with garlic dressing.</p>
<p><strong>Benefits: </strong>You can sprout most of the legumes, nuts, grain and seeds. Add any of them in this salad. They are easily digestible and rich with highest availability of vitamins and minerals. When seed are soaked in water, all enzyme activities starts and can easily transform protein and carbohydrates in to digestible form.</p>
<h2>Spinach Salad</h2>
<ul>
<li>2 cups chopped tomatoes</li>
<li>1 finely chopped capsicum</li>
<li>1 medium bowl of spinach leaves, some basil leaves.</li>
<li>2 chopped onion</li>
<li>1/2 cup granulated sugar</li>
<li>1/4 cup vegetable oil</li>
</ul>
<p>Whisk sugar, vinegar, oil, mustard and salt together in blender. Mix all vegetables with spinach leaves in large bowl. Pour dressing on it when you want to serve.</p>
<p><strong>Benefits:</strong> Spinach is excellent source of iron and calcium. However you should take vitamin c to allow more iron absorption in body. You can add fresh lime juice in it.</p>

Stress is normal reaction of our body and mind to the challenging, danger or upset event or environment.</p>
<p>Some people can remain calm in such situation and can’t feel any stress, while some people get tiered of little workload and get stress.  Stress is also depends on your nature and lifestyle.  Work related stress is associated with your business or job. But it can affect your whole day and even married life. Skipping meal and sleep can make it bigger and bigger.</p>

<li>Generate self confidence in your work and skill. Consider every failure as an opportunity.</li>
<li>Proper knowledge and preparation will help your to ease your daily problem, and improve your confidence.</li>
<li>Try Yoga and other relaxation techniques. It will be also helpful to maintain health.</li>
<li>Identify limit of your body and mind, don’t accept work more than that.</li>
<li>Little walk, coffee break, play with pet, phone to friend, light music, bath and exercise can relive stress immediately.</li>
