    For the past month I have been consuming 4 ounces of warm water
    with 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice three times a day.

    I was hoping to notice an increase in my metabolism by now but I have not noticed any change in the way I feel.

    I am buying the regular Cayenne Pepper found in supermarkets.
    The heating units is not indicated on the labels.

    Any suggestions?

    Amos. The 1 teaspoon is too much. Try 1/10(a pinch)of Cayenne Pepper, 90,000 HU. you can buy this online at amazon at a good price. The supermarket stuff is probably less than 30,000 HU, which has less capsaicin,the main healing ingredient that makes it hot.1.Take a glass, big enough to contain 10 ounce of water. Pour 5 ounce of the filtered water into it.
    2.Add 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice to the water.
    3.Mix 2 tablespoons of organic grade B maple syrup to the mixture.
    4.Then add 1/10 teaspoon cayenne pepper.
    5.Add the remaining 5 ounce of filtered water and stir well.

    had been curious about cayenne pepper so i tried it myself- and it is the only thing that makes me feel light and healthy! really a nice healthy drink with lemon on a lukewarm water everyday. you should try it!!!

    Hi. Ive been using cayenne for almost a month now. I felt the difference already. I have hypertension and whenever I feel my blood pressure is high I see to it that I take half glass of it and three dashes of Cayenne of Mccormick 🙂
    Cayenne is best to take early in the morning. I feel that my metabolism improved quite a lot unlike before.
    Cayenne totally heals.
