Availability of Time and Consumption of Junk foods has deep relationship. Fast doesn’t always mean Junk, But When you are at counter of fast-food Outlets, you will feel difficulties to search for low calorie. It was all started with urban development and opportunities for working woman arise.
Current food trends of America are now rapidly getting acceptance by developing countries and even poor nations. There are lots of foods that can be prepared at home without compromising taste bud and calorie chart. But Awareness and little effort are necessary. I am listing here some low calorie foods that can be made in minutes.

Juice/Drink

1: Mixed Fruit Smoothie (10 minutes)

2: Low Fat Pizza(30 Minutes)
Ingredients: low-fat cheese, veggies , Bread crumb, Tomato
3: Pasta Salad(15 Minutes)
Ingredients: farfalle pasta, Olive oil, black pepper, yellow squash, tomatoes, Herbs
4: Chicken Noodle Soup (20 Minutes)
Ingredients: Egg Noodles, Olive oil, black pepper, Onion, Garlic, Chicken.
5: BBQ Burger(10 Minutes)
Ingredients: wheat bun, Veg. burger, BBQ sauce, Avocado, bean sprouts

Dinner

1: Bean Margherita Penne(20 Mins)
Ingredients: wheat penne, beans, Tomatoes, garlic clove, grated Parmesan cheese
2: Cranberry Orange Sandwich(10 Mins)
Ingredients: cranberry sauce, orange marmalade, Chicken, Bread Slices.
3: Tomato Basil Soup(20 Minutes)
Ingredients: Tomato Juice, Basil leaf, Salt Peeper
4: Fried Brown Rice (30 Minutes)
Ingredients: brown rice, sesame oil, Soya sauce, Garlic, Ginger
5: Lasagna Rollups
Ingredients: lasagna noodles, olive oil, Mushrooms, Tomato Sauce, Salt & peeper, Cheese
