How to Cook Linguica?
Ingredients:
- “Silva” linguica
- frying pan
- knife
- stove
- spatula
Method:
Take out linguica from package, with the help of knife cut the top off of each linguica and by rolling it down slowly and evenly keeping the skin in one piece, carefully take out this skin. You have to focus on taking your time and keep the skin in one piece otherwise it becomes much harder to remove. Cut the linguica in half longways after removing the skin. Now you have to pieces up these 2 long half circles into shorter pieces to fit in the pan. Take a pan and stove, heat stove burner to medium low and put the pan on the stove, place linguica into pan and cover the pan. Put it on the stove for about 30-40 minutes and stir it occasionally.
