I agree that cycling is a wonderful way to burn calories with low impact..I have lower back injury so walking swimming and biking are my only outlets..I work out of my home,I just got something called FitDesk..it actually is a stationary bike with an elbow rest and platform for my laptop..I have found that working at home can pack on the pounds, so atleast now i have no more guilt in that department. I rode for 15 minutes last night while checking emails..the time flew by and i got most of my exercise in.
