How to Deal with IBS(Irritable Bowel Syndrome)?

It comes with plenty of digestive disorder and symptoms. $20 Billion dollars are spending on treatment every year only in U.S. In this disorder Large intestine becomes more sensitive and reactive, resulting in abdominal pain, discomfort, bloating, gas, constipation or Diarrhea. This condition is more related to modern life and diet than traditional dieses.
There is no Cure available for Irritable Bowel Syndrome. All you have to change your life style, diet habits and take some medicines to moderate the condition. Stress can worsen this condition even while patient on pills. There are also not medical tests or abnormal appearance of intestine available in this syndrome, only couple of symptoms can lead doctor to diagnose with IBS. Some bacterial infections, Food allergy and treatment with lots of antibiotic can also create this condition, but only for few months.
Food Allergy / Intolerances
Allergic food can trigger hyper sensitivity of intestine during IBS. Most of the patients with IBS are intolerance to dairy products and grain. There are no tests available to determine allergic food for particular person. Patient must observe effects of various foods in his/her digestion. Most successful treatment is to just avoid such foods. It can be taken in small quantities and gradually increased if person feel better.
Probiotic
There are many species of bacteria that can help us to improve digestion. They can produce enzymes and culture, which can improve digestion and absorption of nutrition. Take an example Lactic acid bacteria decompose lactose sugar in milk and other dairy products.
Diet
It is suggested to take foods with high amount of fibers, green vegetables, fruits and some spices should be consumed as regular diet. Large amount of meat, dairy products, soft drinks, alcohol, smoking and some drugs should be avoided. Patient should take small quantity of meal at more than 4 to 5 times a day.
Stress
Stress is byproduct of modern life style. No one can remain unaffected from it. It just starts at age of school and ends after death. Money, time, education, carrier and status all generate stress and worries. Extensive stress and emotional thoughts play vital role in IBS. Yoga and meditation can relive stress from your mind. Life style
Some dieses can’t be cured; Patient must adjust his life with it. It is in your hand to live full life with change in your habits. Regular exercise, yoga, evening walk and drinking plenty of water should become part of life. Patient should not face stressful conditions and give away worries. Everything will works just as it was. Worries can’t change your life but can worsen your IBS. Regularity in meal and sleep will improve your body from any conditions.
