I agree.. lemon cleanse has worked well for me in the past. Love the flavour, not to mention it being cheap too!

I have been practicing the lemon juice detox for almost 3 years. So far I have not encountered any problem It has benefited me greatly. My detox plan is not about calorie counting. I would drink lemon juice first thing in the morning and allow 45mins to 1 hr before I have my breakfast. My breakfast consists of fruit juice and yogurt. I eat normally for lunch and dinner. I don’t get sick that often and able to maintain my weight.

is it safe to have just lemon juice for 7 days and then the diet food? this is something i plan to detoxify my body to get rid of wata and pitta that one knows of in ayur veda. want to know if 7 days just lemon juice is safe for t body?
