You can consume 2 to 3 bananas mixed in 1 glass of milk for 4 to 5 times daily or take 2 bananas with 1 glass of milk. You can also make banana-shake with milk and little sugar and consume it 2 times daily or just eat 3 bananas every day.
Cabbage is another home remedy for stomach ulcer. Take 250 gm cabbage & 500ml water, bring it to boil. Boil this mixture till the water becomes half and let it to cool. After that, strain and consume it 2 to 3 times daily. Black pepper powder can be added to this mixture. This cabbage juice is very strong so you should take it with carrot juice to make it milder. Carrot juice is also made in the same way. To drink the cabbage and carrot juice, mix both juice in equal quantity (125ml). Consume it 2 times daily.
Spinach juice and Carrot juice:
For treating peptic ulcer spinach juice and carrot juice can be very much helpful. Combine 200 ml spinach juice with 300ml carrot juice and drink it daily. You can also mix 300 ml carrot juice with 100 ml beet and 100 ml cucumber juice and consume it daily.
Drumstick leaves are also good home remedy for stomach ulcer. Take 15 to 20 drumstick leaves and prepare the paste by grinding it. Add this paste in 1 cup fresh yogurt and consume it 2 to 3 times daily.
Lemon juice is another best home remedy for stomach ulcer. Just make fresh lemon juice and add little salt to it. Consume this juice 2 times daily. Lemon juice contains citric acid and mineral salts which will help in digestion along with ulcer.
Leaves of Wood Apple:
Take 15g leaves of wood apple and soak them in 250ml water for overnight. Consume this water in the next morning after sieving. You can also make concoction of wood apple leaves by boiling them in water. These remedies of wood apple leaves help to decrease gastric juices in the stomach and treat the ulcer fast.
Indian gooseberry (Amla):
Indian gooseberry is one of the powerful remedy to cure stomach ulcer. You can make powder of amla by drying them. Dry them by heating on an open iron pan and make the powder. After that, combine this powder with some sugar and psyllium husk. Daily consume 1 teaspoon of this mixture 3 times daily. You can also consume the raw juice of amla.
Almond milk helps to cure ulcer by providing protein and binding the surplus acid in the stomach. To make almond milk, just blanch some almonds and extract their milk.
Castor Oil and Milk:
Milk and castor oil is a great remedy for stomach ulcer. Patients of stomach ulcer must consume 2 to 3 glasses of milk daily. They can add 30 gm of pure odorless castor oil to 250 grams of lukewarm milk.
Aniseed decreases the gas troubles and indigestion linked with stomach ulcers. Take 1 cup water and 1 teaspoon aniseed, bring them to boil. Shut the flame while the mixture attains boiling point and keep it covered for overnight. Sieve the mixture in the next morning and consume it with honey.
