For the guy doing the oil pulling, two weeks will not do justice for any natural procedure, at least give it a month or two.
Bruno what you need to look into is flax seed oil, Barlean’s is what I am using it is the best flax oil but any good quality flax oil will do I use this @ 3 tbs oil and 6 of i% cottage cheese mix until you cannot see any oil. I don’t have diabetes so you should go into DR Johanna budwigs site and read up on this I know its gets your cholesterol down and the protocol for this is life changing if your prepared to sacrifice’s good for you and the best of luck, the site will give you some insight as to how good this stuff is.————– roger

I have been Oil Pulling for about 2 1/2 years now. It has helped my teeth, it tightens the teeth, and stops the infections, no more puffy gums, it whitens the teeth, and it makes your skin soft to boot. I love it and will continue to do it. When I go to take my shower in the mornings, I take about a tablespoon full of Olive oil, and as I am taking my shower, I swish it around in my mouth, champing on it, getting it between the teeth, do not gargle it, swish it around from one side to the other through your teeth etc. by the time you get through with your shower and dressed, the olive oil in your mouth should feel thick and foamy, then you spit it out in the toilet, and first I brush my teeth with baking soda then I have a toothpaste called TOM, I got it from the Health Food Store, good stuff, then I brush with that, then I scrape my tongue, and believe me, your mouth will feel fresh after all that. It works. I am a believer in Oil Pulling.
