- Muscle uses more energy than fat of their equal weight. Try to reduce your fat and build muscles mass. Exercise is first key for that. Start with simple and Aerobic exercise, it will increase supply of the oxygen and burn more calories. Running, swimming, stair climbing, cycling and jumping rope will sure help you. You can also start anaerobic exercise in gym or with instruction of professional trainer. Anaerobic e exercise will provide you strong, muscular and healthy body.
- It is also necessary to stick with calorie plan in your daily food intake. Always takes lots of water to drain wastage detoxify your body. Use lots of green vegetable, fruits and whole grain and only good fat.
- Do not skip your any meal. It will slow down your metabolism. There are lots of research performed on this issue and concludes that skipping a meal can make you more fat. Dieting is not about fasting but it is about to provide healthy and good food with calculation.
- Avoid alcohol, tobacco, smoking and too much sugar. They will increase your age faster than you count.
- There are some foods that can boost your metabolism. Green tea, chillie, coffee, apple, almonds, spinach, oat, broccoli, curry and cinnamon are top in the list.
- You can burn more calories by eating small amounts at six to eight time rather than large amount in two times.
- A proper supplements of vitamins and minerals are requires to increase and maintain metabolism rate. Eating healthy food is good choice than taking pills.
- Enough sleep is also necessary to relive from the stress and it’s negative impact. If you don’t take 7 to 8 hours rest you will get more weight.
