Drug-Resistant Staph Bacteria in Meat
The recent nationwide study conducted by the Translational Genomics Research Institute (TGen) has found drug-resistant strains of Staphylococcus aureus in nearly half of meat and poultry samples from U.S. grocery stores at surprisingly high rates. Staphylococcus aureus is a type of bacteria associated with wide range of human diseases from mild skin infections to life-threatening diseases, such as heart infection, pneumonia, and sepsis. Nutmeg is the dried seed of the nutmeg tree fruit which belongs to the genus Myristica. It is a tiny package with various big benefits. It is used for medicinal purpose and also for culinary purpose.
