All of us know that sugar found in chocolate and sweets is bad for health. However, everyone is not aware about the fact that natural sugar present in fruit is also as bad as the sugar in sweets. Since many years, there has been lot of talk about the fruit sugar; some people think that it is good for the health while others think it is not always good. Fruit sugar, also called fructose, is good when taken in moderation with the fiber of whole fruit. Fructose doesn’t cause spikes in blood sugar and insulin. However, large amounts of fruit sugar may lead to overeating.

Drug-Resistant Staph Bacteria in Meat
The recent nationwide study conducted by the Translational Genomics Research Institute (TGen) has found drug-resistant strains of Staphylococcus aureus in nearly half of meat and poultry samples from U.S. grocery stores at surprisingly high rates. Staphylococcus aureus is a type of bacteria associated with wide range of human diseases from mild skin infections to life-threatening diseases, such as heart infection, pneumonia, and sepsis.
