Fruit Sugar is not Always Good

All of us know that sugar found in chocolate and sweets is bad for health. However, everyone is not aware about the fact that natural sugar present in fruit is also as bad as the sugar in sweets. Drug-Resistant Staph Bacteria in Meat

The recent nationwide study conducted by the Translational Genomics Research Institute (TGen) has found drug-resistant strains of Staphylococcus aureus in nearly half of meat and poultry samples from U.S. grocery stores at surprisingly high rates. Staphylococcus aureus is a type of bacteria associated with wide range of human diseases from mild skin infections to life-threatening diseases, such as heart infection, pneumonia, and sepsis.
