Ingredients:

3/4 cup sugar
2 lbs. triangular seedless watermelon slices, rinds removed
1/3 cup fresh lime juice
Fresh mint and crushed ice for garnish (optional)
1 cup white rum
1/2 tsp mint extract (or more to taste)

Method:

Take a saucepan, add 3 or 4 cup of water into sugar and heat the mixture on constant heat till the sugar is dissolved completely.
Now, remove it from the heat and allow it to cool.
Give shape to the watermelon by cutting the watermelon from two tips ends.
Cut the melon into two halves and further divide it into halves.
Now, cut that quarter into triangle shape and remove the green layer of the melon with the help of knife.
After that place the triangle pieces in a dish in one layer.
Now add simple syrup with mint extract, lime juice and rum in a mixing bowl.
Pour the mixture on watermelon pieces and kept it at room temperature for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, place wooden stick on the base of each one.
Place the watermelon pops onto a foil-lined baking sheet and let it freeze for minimum one hour.

2, Cup cake watermelon

Ingredients:

For cup cake

3 eggs
2 cup sour cream
1 cup softened unsalted butter
½ tbsp Salt
½ tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp baking soda
2 cups sugar
3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp watermelon flavoring oil

For frosting1 tbsp watermelon flavoring oil
3 tbsp milk
6 tbsp unsalted butter
5 to 6 cups confectioners’ sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice

Method:

First of all, preheat the oven at 350 degree to make the cupcakes.
Add baking soda, salt, baking powder into the flour.
Now take a large bowl and cream the sugar and butter together till it become fluffy and light. And don’t forget to add eggs while mixing each addition.
Stir in the watermelon flavoring. Add about a third of the flour mixture and beat it properly till it get mixed. After adding flour, add half of the sour cream and beat it until just mixed.
Now repeat the same process for the remaining sour cream and flour mixture.
After that add color as much you want.
Put two tbsp butter into each cup of lined muffin pans and bake it for 20 minutes or till it is properly baked.
Let it cool down completely before frosting.

For frosting:

Take a large bowl, add butter and about a third of the confectioners’ sugar, and mix it well.
Stir in the milk and mix it well before beating in another third of the confectioners’ sugar.
Now time to stir it in the lemon juice and the remaining sugar.
After beating, add the whole watermelon flavoring.
If the frosting seems to be very soft then add more sugar and color.

3, Mint Watermelon Soda Float

2 ½ cups of fresh seeds removed watermelon chunks
4 cups vanilla ice cream
1 ½ cups of fluid Club Soda or Carbonated Water of Your Choice
15 whole Fresh Mint Leaves or more for Garnish

Method:

Combine watermelon, carbonated water and mint and blend it until watermelon is properly broken.
Now pour it with the help of a fine strainer into a large bowl.
Take two glasses and put vanilla ice-cream into it.

Ingredients:

1 3- to 5-inch thick slice seed less watermelon, rind removed
1 cup low or no fat natural vanilla flavored yogurt
1 cup blueberries
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 cup sliced almonds
1 tablespoon chocolate syrup

Method:

Take a non-stick pan and heat it on the medium flame, toast the almonds and keep stirring it in order to prevent burning.
Now removes these almonds from heat and allow them to cool.
After that, cut the watermelon into 6 to 8 pie-shaped wedges and dip the curved shaped side slices into the yogurt and then almonds.
Now arrange the pieces on a serving plate and it will look like a piecrust of almonds around the watermelon slices.

Ingredients:

1/2 whole seedless, chunked watermelon
1/3 cup Sugar
2 whole Limes, Juiced

Method:

Blend half the watermelon, half the sugar and half the lime juice properly. Pour it into the separate bowl.
Repeat the same process with other half of ingredients and pour it in the same bowl.
Now place the mixture in a baking dish and freeze it for two or three hours.
Then return pan to freezer along with the shaved ice on the top and remove it after two hours and continue scraping.
Repeat the scrapping process until the entire mixture is shaved.
