    my thyrod glands were removed by surgery.

    taking ashvagandha syrup 02 table spoons twise a day. is there any side effects?

    Perhaps a bit of a controversial question, but does anyone know if using ashwaghandha churna powder will disrupt the contraceptive pill, Cileste?
    I am worried the way it may help with digestion and increase fertility will make the pill less effective!
