I happen to work at Chipotle and it is possible to get a good burrito without overdoing it with the calories. One point I agree with is that you can cut out most of the calories by removing cheese, sour cream and the tortilla. But I love the tortilla, so I usually cut out the sour cream cheese and rice. I’ve lost several pounds since working at Chipotle, so eating there doesn’t automatically mean you will blow up like a balloon. Just be smart about your choices. Don’t get two scoops of rice and double cheese. The menu was created with set portions and if they are followed Chipotle can be a healthy choice.
