Try 4-7-8 Breathing Exercise

This breathing technique acts like a natural tranquilizer for the nervous system. It’s pretty simple to do. Place the tip of the tongue behind your top teeth and keep it there throughout the exercise. Exhale fully through the mouth making a gentle whooshing sound. Then close your mouth and inhale slowly through your nose to a count of four.
